ABOUT KAREN LEE:
An MBA graduate of the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, Ms. Lee previously served as associate director of MBA admissions at the Anderson School of Management at UCLA. Before that, she was director of the Asian Pacific Alumni Program at the University of Southern California. Ms. Lee has worked extensively in leadership development and MBA recruitment at DaVita, an S&P 500 / Fortune 500 leader in the healthcare industry, recruiting and coaching MBAs and analysts from Harvard, Stanford, Wharton, Kellogg, Michigan, Yale, UCLA, USC and Texas for strategic finance, general management, internal consulting, and other leadership roles in the field, at corporate offices, and at DaVita’s “internal start-ups.” In addition to her MBA education from Kellogg, Ms. Lee earned a Master’s degree in sociology from the University of California, San Diego and a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from UCLA.
