The Asian Professional Exchange (APEX) invites you to participate in the highly anticipated 2009 APEX Career Symposium.This event will be held on Saturday, October 10, 2009 (Saturday) at the Wilshire Grand Hotel in Downtown Los Angeles.

In an economic period as unpredictable as the present, it is more important than ever for the Asian Pacific American (APA) community to come together and understand the opportunities that the Los Angeles Business Community can provide. It is the goal of APEX to bring Asian American professionals and company executives together for the opportunity to build relationships through dialogue.

As a sponsor, the 2009 APEX Career Symposium provides you with a unique opportunity to affiliate your organization with the largest APA professional community in Los Angeles. Asian Professional Exchange currently has over 10,000 e-members. The APEX Career Symposium is the largest career development conference dedicated to the Asian Pacific American professionals and is one of the most significant and visible events in the APA professional community.

Though the core of the symposium is the career fair portion, a new feature for this year’s event is the roundtable luncheon. The roundtable luncheon matches each attendee with the company of their choice. When your company executive(s) sits at the lunch, he/she will know that these attendees have chosen to sit with you and are there for a reason. In return, your company executive(s) will get a chance to discuss with professionals in the API community and gain a better understanding of what the API community can offer your organization.

This year, APEX will be bringing back the networking mixer towards the end of the Career Symposium due to overwhelming demand. While some of our other events feature community leaders, the Career Symposium networking mixer will be focused on business owners, community leaders with businesses, and sponsors like yourself. We know the networking mixer will be a powerhouse event of its own as prominent organizations come together under one roof.
